We are fully registered with the FDA, registration number 14583097710 and in compliance with the NOAA Seafood Import Monitoring Program to combat overfishing and accurate reporting.
We ensure that all producers and suppliers are HACCP certified, undergo 3rd party food safety audits and maintain strict labor policies. We believe in providing a safe, high quality product from sustainable fisheries for generations to come.
Traceability to me as an importer is a responsibility to the consumer. As a consumer, knowing where our food comes from and how it’s produced is a basic human right.
